Traditionally used in Chinese Medicine for the management of irregular menstrual cycle 
May assist in the relief of pain of menstrual cramping.

Angelica polymorpha (Dong quai) root powder 520mg.

Adults: Take two capsules with a meal three times daily.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
