Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.

DOSAGE 
Adults: For insomnia, take two to four capsules before retiring. For stomach upsets, take one capsule with a meal twice daily.

CAUTIONS
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
