Use 3 teaspoons of bark chips to 2 large cups of water. Boil for 10 minutes, steep for 30 minutes. Some water will boil off and more will absorb during steeping. Strain, tea will be somewhat bitter, but can be diluted. Add ginger or honey to enhance flavour.
