For diuretic properties, drink tea cold. To combat allergic conditions or promote digestion, drink warm. Begin using this herb at low daily intake. Always increase fluids during use. Start with ½ to 1 teaspoon per cup of boiled water. Steep for 8-10 minutes then strain. Up to 3 cups daily. Use with caution in children under 12, no more than adult dose.
