The aged, dried bark of Cascara sagrada, also known as 'sacred bark' was traditionally used by the North American Indians as a laxative and is now one of the most popular herbal laxatives being used today.
INDICATIONS FOR USE
- Aids or assists in the relief of constipation
- Cascara sagrada acts as a herbal laxative for the symptomatic relief of constipation.
Frangula purshiana (Cascara sagrada) bark powder 400mg

Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.
DOSAGE
Adults: Take one capsule with a glass (250mL) of water twice daily.
Children: It is recommended this product not be taken by children under 12 years of age.
CAUTIONS
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
