Lemongrass (Cymbypogan Citrayus).
Passionflower (Passionflower Incarnat).
Skullcap (Scutellaria Ateriflora).
Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis).
Lavender (Lavendula Angustifolia).
Flavour: Lemon & Lavender.
Bring fresh, cold water to the boil.
Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot.
Allow to steep for 5 to 10 min for desired strength.
Serve without milk, hot or chilled with honey or lemon.
