This oil invigorates and stimulates the mind.

Also useful for: Stomach upsets, nausea, cold, flu, sinusitis, flatulence

Odour: A penetrating minty camphoraceous aroma

Mentha X Piperita Leaf 1mL/mL.

Adult: For the relief of symptoms of COLDS and FLU and the temporary relief of SINUSITIS: add 5 drops to 1L of steaming water, cover the head and inhale the vapour.

For the temporary relief of NAUSEA and to assist in the relief of FLATULENCE; add 5 drops to 10mL base oil and massage onto stomach in a clockwise direction.

Do not use during pregnancy.

Not to be used on children under 2 years of age without medical advice.
