Love Tea's naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support healthy digestive function. Including fennel, aniseed and lemon balm, this botanical blend offers therapeutic qualities that have traditionally been used to support and repair the digestive system. This is a gentle, refreshing and soothing tea, offering a sweet mint base, which is perfectly balanced with a vitalising zest of ginger.
This blend is caffeine free.

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser.
Add filtered water at 75°c-85°c and allow to infuse for 3-5+ minutes.
Strain the tea and serve.
