Each 484mcL dose (15 drops) contains herbal extract equivalent to Avena sativa* (Oats) fresh herb top flowering 394.4mg.

Dosage of Stress Relief Daytime
Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 484mcL dose (15 drops) in 50mL of water, 3-5 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.
Children 3 to 11 years:
Give 194mcL (6 drops) in 50mL of water, 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
