Flavour: Minty in taste

Bring fresh, cold water to the boil.

Infuse 1 tsp of loose leaf tea or a tea bag per person in a cup or teapot.

Allow to steep for 5 to 10 min for desired taste.

Serve hot or chilled, without milk, with honey or lemon to taste.
