Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia Citriodora).
Sage (Salvia Officinalis).
Eucalyptus Leaf (Eucalyptus Globulus).
Bring fresh, cold water to the boil.
Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot.
Allow to steep for 7 to 10 min for desired taste.
Best served without milk, hot or chilled.
