This is a golden blend of revitalising aryvedic spices. Based on turmeric, pepper, cinnamon and vanilla, these invigorating spices are rich in antioxidants and offer an extensive range of health benefits. These ingredients have traditionally been used to reduce inflammation, aid circulation, support digestive function, and improve vitality. This blend of fresh spices is balanced by subtle and smooth hints of vanilla.
This blend is caffeine free.

Add 2 teaspoons of tea and half a cup of water to a saucepan, and bring to boil.
Simmer for up to 5 minutes.
Add half a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature.
Sweeten to taste.
