Motion Potion is a Naturopathically formulated fibre and nutrient rich powder drink. It contains beneficial fibres (both soluble and insoluble), cereal grasses, friendly bacteria and other nutrient dense foods. Motion Potion is a complete bowel food.

Motion Potion forms a soft, slippery, pleasant tasting gel when mixed with water or juice that is gentle on the sensitive walls of the digestive tract. Even though Motion Potion contains Organic Wheat and Barley grass it remains gluten free. Gluten exists only in the grains not in the grass of these plants.

Ingredients

Psyllium husk powder - ultra fine, Slippery elm, Marshmallow root, Organic Barley grass, Organic Wheat grass, Organic Rosehips, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Linseed, Ginger.Symbiotic blend of Friendly Bacteria from a process which contains: Lactobacillus, Acidophillus, Bifidus, Plantarum, Delbrueckii, Casei, Bulgaricus, Caucasicus, Fermenti, Brevis, Helveticus, Leichmannii, Lactis, Sporogenes, Saccharomyces: Boulardii & Cerevisiae.

Directions

1 heaped teaspoon daily in fruit juice away from food and medication/supplements. Stir vigorously and drink immediately as mixture will thicken. Follow with 1 large glass of water. Consume at least 2 litres (8 glasses) of water throughout the day.
