Colon Cleanse may assists in the relief of occasional constipation by increasing water in the intestine. Colon-Cleanse has been found to support detox by ridding the body of waste and promotes elimination. It may also may help maintain a healthy digestive function.
Each 5mL metric teaspoon (2g) contains:
Magnesium 1.065g from Magnesium oxide (heavy) 1.600g.
Magnesium carbonate - heavy 400mg.
Recommendations and considerations:
Drink plenty of water. Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. If symptoms persist, please seek medical advice. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. If you are pregnant seek medical advice before starting Colon Cleanse. Colon Cleanse will cause the stool to liquefy and produce a bowel movement within half to six hours. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Dosage:
Adults: Add one 5mL metric teaspoon to a glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink. When the glass is empty, squeeze 1/2 lemon into the same glass, stir and drink or take 1 g of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Take once daily for up to one week then every other day for an additional week (only if required).
