St John's wort helps to relieve anxiety, nervous unrest, restlessness, irritability, and sleeplessness. Passionflower is included to support the sedative and relaxant properties of St John's wort.

May aid in the relief of:

  • Irritability 
  • Nervousness 
  • Mild anxiety 
  • Sleeplessness

Herbal extract equivalent to dry:
Hypericum perforatum (St John's wort) herb top flowering 2.1g.
Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb powder 100mg.

NO ADDED
Yeast, lactose, soy, starch, sugars or salt, wheat products, artificial colourings and flavourings, or preservatives.

DOSAGE 
Adults: Take one to two capsules with a meal daily.

CAUTIONS
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Take two hours away from all prescription medications.
